Week Review

Hey everybody! Wow! Long time no post huh? Well, it's been a busy week. Last week was spirit week at my school. Monday was hats and shades day, Tuesday was sports day, Wednesday was pajama day, Thursday was crazy hair day, and Friday was the day we all celebrated Valentine's Day. Also, there was a basketball game versus the school faculty. I have been busy covering both for yearbook. One of my teachers does the same thing every year with his class for Valentine's Day. The same embarrassing thing. So what he does is, he has all the girls write down specific complements for some of the guys and he has the guys each write a love poem. (The girls' assignment is much easier.) Then after everyone is done, he reads the complements and poems out loud without saying the person's name. The girls then vote on which is the best and the guy who wrote it become Mr. Romance for the year. It was hilarious! Sometimes it was pretty obvious who wrote which because their face was extremely red. One guy wrote one with a bunch of plant references like "You are as strong as a stem and as fragile as a pod." Another guy just wrote down a Justin Bieber song. It was pretty funny watching the other girls too. I'm not much for mushy, lovey, stuff so me and one of my friends were the only ones not going "Awww!" or "That is the sweetest thing ever!" But I guess it was kinda sweet and no one could have guessed who became Mr. Romance. I hope you all had a nice week! Ciao for now reader!
